Carer Support

Homelink offers a range of services and support for carers. These services are usually based at Homelink and open to all local carers, not just those who support a person attending our Day Centre.

We offer personalised practical suggestions and information on topics relating to caring.

One to One Support

We offer one to one emotional support for carers and connect them with other local services and organisations when needed. This might include counselling services, peer to peer support, finance and benefit support information.

Hounslow Carers

We invite Hounslow resident carers to our Coffee drop in on Thursdays to meet other carers and share local information.

We continue our support for as long as our carers need it. We signpost and work closely with other organisations to offer the best help and support we can for carers. Call 020 8255 1992 for more information.

"Homelink have helped me cope with the challenges of looking after my mum in many ways. From group support, one to one support, coffee mornings and supper clubs have given me activities to take my mum to in a friendly, warm and supportive environment. Hosting activities such as Singing for the Brain gives me and my mum so much fun and happiness, we look forward to going every week. A big THANK YOU to all the staff there."
